Two hours of Big Band music hosted weekly by Neal Murray.
The “big bands” have always been with us, but during the 1930s and 1940s they virtually owned popular music. The Swing Era, in particular defined American popular music from about 1935 to 1945. We also reach back into the 1920s to explore the beginnings of the Jazz Age and blues….
